Before filing authorizations or claims on Key Express, it would help to familiarize yourself with several different features available to dealership personnel. When first logging in to Key Express you are automatically directed to the “Message Board”. The Message Board is a key communicator for general information from Keystone to the dealer.

When a new Key Express account is set up, Keystone assigns one person to be the administrator of the account (at the direction of the Dealer Principal). Keystone gives the Administrator a login and password to Key Express.
