The Orange County Medical Emergency Data System (OC-MEDS) Hospital Hub is the primary method in which OCEMS designated Emergency Receiving Centers (ERC) may obtain copies of Patient Care Reports (PCR) posted electronically by EMS Providers.

OC-MEDS Hospital Hub: An electronic patient care reporting system used by receiving facilities for situational awareness of incoming patients, to access prehospital medical care records, and to provide outcome data.

Shop for over-the-counter care with ease. As part of your health plan, you have credits to spend on over-the-counter (OTC) care products through Optum® Personal Care Benefits. Shop online or through the catalog and get items delivered to your door. It’s all included in your plan at no cost to you.

Just log in to the OTC Health Solutions (OTCHS) portal or use the OTCHS app to shop at your convenience. Or redeem in store at the register.

Go online at CVS.com/otchs/myorder to log in or register for an account. If it’s your first time, you’ll need to register for an online account using your Aetna® member ID number and your email. You’ll see your OTC benefit amount and items that are available for you to order.

After clicking on the Login button, the User name and Password prompt will pop-up. Enter your DHCS extranet user name and password, then click on the OK button. After successfully logging in, the MEDS Search screen will be shown. 916-440-7000 or 1-800-579-0874.
