Welcome to Loginhu Password Strength Analyzer. Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our free password analysis tool.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be absolutely clear about what we do NOT collect:

• Passwords: We never see, store, or transmit your passwords
• Personal Information: We don't collect names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information
• Usage Data: We don't track which passwords you analyze
• Location Data: We don't collect IP addresses or location information

2. How Our Tool Works

Client-Side Processing

All password analysis happens directly in your web browser using JavaScript. When you enter a password:

1. The password stays entirely within your browser
2. Analysis is performed locally using the zxcvbn algorithm
3. Results are displayed without sending data to our servers

Breach Checking

When you enable breach checking, we use a privacy-preserving method called k-anonymity:

• Only the first 5 characters of a SHA-1 hash are sent to the Have I Been Pwned API
• Your actual password is never transmitted
• The service returns a list of hash suffixes, and matching happens locally

3. Cookies and Tracking

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any other tracking technologies. We don't use Google Analytics or similar tracking services.

4. Third-Party Services

Have I Been Pwned API

We use the Have I Been Pwned API for breach checking. Their privacy policy can be found at haveibeenpwned.com/Privacy.

CDN Services

We use CDNs (Content Delivery Networks) to serve:

• Material Icons (Google Fonts)
• zxcvbn library (jsDelivr)
• Tailwind CSS (cdn.tailwindcss.com)

These services may collect standard CDN logs, but we don't receive any personally identifiable information from them.

5. Server Logs

Our web server may collect standard log information including:

• Date and time of access
• Browser type and version
• Referring website
• Pages visited

These logs are automatically rotated and deleted after 30 days. They don't contain personally identifiable information.

6. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to our website and infrastructure. Since we don't collect passwords or personal data, there's no user data to breach.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

9. Your Rights

Since we don't collect personal data, there's no data to access, correct, or delete. You have the right to:

• Use our tool anonymously
• Clear your browser's local storage to remove analysis history
• Disable JavaScript if you prefer not to use our tool
