SendHub is a platform for business texting and messaging using a 10DLC number. Create an account, upload your contacts, and start sending and receiving messages with features like attachments, analytics, and API integration.

To login to your account, navigate to the SendHub homepage and click the “LOG IN” button on the top right side of the page.

From here, you’ll use the username and password of your SendHub account, and click “Sign in” which will bring you to the onboarding screens. You’ll be asked to allow access to your phonebook’s contacts, allow notifications, and microphone permissions.

To log in, you don’t need to know your SendHub number! You can login with the account username. If you’ve forgotten your username there is a retrieval link on the login page. When logged in to web, you can view your SendHub number on the top right side of the page.

Now that you’ve saved your new password, you can use your Username and the newly created Password to login! Another helpful way to have your password reset is to have the admin of your SendHub enterprise reset it for you (this is only available if there are multiple SendHub lines within your account, and you are not the admin).

If you’re having trouble remembering your password, you can reset it from the login page here. In order to reset your password, you’ll need to know your username first. After clicking “Forgot Username or Password?”, you’ll be prompted to enter a username on the account with the password that you’re trying to reset.

Accessing your SendHub inbox. SendHub‘s Inbox makes it easy to process all of the messages, calls, and voicemails you receive. To access your SendHub Inbox, click on the “Inbox” link in the menu on the left side of the screen as show in the image below.
